1. Release the pedal in the process of quick down, and the slider brake is hard
solution :
A. P25.05 maximum stop time high / low speed increases the high speed time.
Note: the time cannot be set too large, otherwise the slider will continue to go down for a certain distance before stopping. According to European safety standards, the slider should stop immediately when the foot is released quickly, and there should be no buffering downward situation.
B. Reduce the fast speed p15.01
2. When the speed is fast and slow, the slider will twist left and right, which will be out of sync
solution :
A. P15.02 acceleration / deceleration distance decrease deceleration distance value
B. P15.23 if the final approaching voltage value is too small, the left and right oil cylinders will be out of sync when they turn from fast to slow speed, but do not set it too large. If it is too large, there will be impact sound when they turn from fast to slow speed
C. Reduce the synchronization gain adjustment time of p15.07, which is the synchronization gain under fast control. The smaller the time is, the more sensitive the adjustment is, and the better the synchronization is. However, if the time is too small, there will be jitter. It can be set below 200 to see if the synchronization is improved.
D. Enter the parameter page 25 servo valve setting: add p25.01 fast down servo valve delay,
The default time is 100ms, which can be increased to 200ms or higher.
E. This item is set for the machine tool that needs to be pressurized for quick down (if it doesn't need to be pressurized for quick down, this page is not set)
For example, the speed increasing cylinder. Enter the p15 bending action - high speed down - 2 / 2 page, and increase the P22 deceleration pressure to 30% ~ 50%.

A. Confirm whether the speed p24.01 setting value of high-speed return is too large. If it is too large, it will be reduced. In the speed mode, lower the speed set by this parameter, and lower the p24.08staurvoltage value, which is 46 / 4710v by default. This voltage value can be reduced appropriately. In case of voltage mode, it is necessary to reduce the voltage value set after p24.01.
B. To reduce the pressure relief time value of p24.21, generally set it at about 100. If the time is too long, it will be easier to return to the top dead center deviation due to different resistance in slow speed.
C. Increase the value of p24.22 deceleration pressure, which is too small, will make the slider unable to continue to run upward when it finally approaches.
4. When returning to the top dead center, the slider has obvious frustration, two speed
solution :
A. Add p24.24 to get close to the final voltage value
B. Adjust the deceleration distance set by p24.02 acceleration / deceleration distance
5. The slider can not be synchronized at the moment of starting
solution :
A. Enter the parameter page, p24 bending state - high speed return - 2 / 2, P20 pressure time,
If the value of this parameter is reduced properly, the sound will appear at the moment of return.
B. Increase the acceleration distance set by p24.02 acceleration / deceleration distance.
C. Enter the parameter page p24.22 deceleration pressure, increase this parameter value appropriately, for example, it can be increased to 40%
6. Deviation of inching return in manual state
solution :
A. Reduce the pressure reduction time of p24.21
B. Increase the deceleration pressure value of p24.22
7. In the process of fast speed to slow speed, the oil cylinder has an impact sound similar to "Dong Dong"

The more accurate the positioning is, the lower dead center jitter will be caused if the positioning is too large, and the larger the Ti setting value is, the more accurate the positioning is

B. When P02 is lower than the target position, please set the control unit Ti to 0ms
9. The bottom dead center of slider is not in place or overshoot.
In case of this problem, the following parameters can be adjusted to make the system automatically navigate again. Note that the general pressure should be set above 50% during navigation, otherwise the small tonnage will be normal and the lower dead center of large tonnage will have deviation. The parameters can be adjusted as follows:
A. Reduce the final approaching speed value of p19.02, which is generally set between 0.5-2 and cannot be changed
The setting is too large;
B. Check p19.03 bottom dead center correction, the value is automatically navigated out, if the deviation is too high
It needs to be re navigated;
C. Reduce the maximum voltage value in p17.08 start / maximum voltage to ensure that the voltage is zero
