Compared with ordinary bending machine, what are the characteristics of electro-hydraulic synchronous CNC bending machine?

1、 The electro-hydraulic proportional servo is synchronous, and can be controlled at any point within the stroke. The repetition accuracy is ± 0.01 and the parallelism is 0.02

2、 The lower worktable is equipped with deflection compensation cylinder (above figure), and the upper die is equipped with deflection compensation mechanism; the lower worktable is equipped with imported manual and automatic convex device, and the lower worktable is equipped with automatic convex compensation mechanism for more than 250 tons

3、 Equipped with the computer system grating ruler, hydraulic system valve assembly and servo motor of delem company of the Netherlands (or cybelc of Switzerland), it has good performance and strong anti eccentric load ability

4、 The slide stroke (Y1, Y2) and back stop (x, R, z) are automatically controlled by computer

5、 The back stop adopts ball screw and rolling guide, with high repetition precision.
