What is the bending factor?
Bending coefficient belongs to sheet metal processing.
For example, if a part is folded like an angle iron, and the dimensions on both sides are and B, then the actual processing should be carried out through punch processing first, and its unfolding dimension is a + B - corresponding bending coefficient = unfolding dimension. Sheet metal is malleable. Bending factor = (material thickness) 1.0 * 5 / 3, which is our usual formula. Take 1.0 mm iron plate as an example
The bending coefficient of 1.0 mm iron plate is 1.67
To process a piece of angle iron with 10 and 30 dimensions on both sides with 1.0 mm iron plate, the first step is to process it as: 10 + 30-1.0 * 5 / 3 = 38.33
