Working principle of hybrid bending machine


 

The principle of oil electric hybrid bending machine is that the computer controls the flow and pressure of Y1 and Y2 oil cylinders respectively through two sets of servo bidirectional pump systems. The oil on the oil cylinder is directly pumped into the lower chamber of the oil cylinder through the oil pump to realize the lifting of the upper die. The oil pump reverses to drive the oil in the lower chamber of the oil cylinder directly into the upper chamber to realize the plate bending.

 

The user interface of the hybrid bending machine is the dialogue interface between the CNC system and the user. The graphical user interface should be suitable for all kinds of users, including non professional users. It can realize the functions of graphic simulation, graphic dynamic tracking, simulation and rapid programming by operating through windows and ledan. The CNC system is equipped with high-performance PLC, which can be programmed directly with ladder diagram or advanced language. It can be debugged and edited online to establish its own application program.

 

Due to the stable and reliable operation, convenient operation, inching, single stroke and pressure maintaining of the hybrid bending machine, users only need to be equipped with a variety of different molds to bend the metal sheet into various shapes of workpieces. When equipped with the corresponding equipment, it can also be used for punching.
