Traditional ordinary bending machines and CNC bending machines are powered by ordinary asynchronous motors. The bending angle control of ordinary bending machines is controlled by the machine's dead stop (mechanical limit), and the workpiece can be bent by adjusting the position of the dead stop. For different angles, the dead stop can be adjusted manually or electrically (ordinary motor). These two operations are troublesome. Changing the ordinary electric motor to a servo motor is called a simple CNC bending machine, because this machine is synchronized by the torsion axis , so it is called the torsion axis bending machine. Our TC series is this, the torsion axis is synchronized with CNC. The bending machine is open-loop control, so people call it semi-CNC.
The electro-hydraulic CNC bending machine does not use a mechanical block to control the bending angle. It controls the electro-hydraulic proportional valve through the CNC system, and feedbacks the bending depth through the grating ruler (the calculation is converted into the display angle) full closed loop control.
The hybrid bending machine is based on the ordinary electro-hydraulic CNC bending machine, which changes the ordinary asynchronous motor that provides the main power to the servo motor. The bending accuracy still depends on the CNC system to control the electro-hydraulic proportional valve and feedback the bending depth through the grating ruler. . The difference is that after using the servo motor, energy saving, quiet and fuel saving are realized.
The all-electric servo bending machine uses a servo motor to drive the screw rod. The electric bending machine directly uses the screw rod to replace the oil cylinder to drive the slider up and down, simplifying control links, improving working speed and control accuracy, avoiding oil leakage, reducing energy consumption and Increase productivity.
The advantages of the all-electric servo bending machine are high accuracy of stroke and synchronization, high transmission efficiency, good reliability; fast response, wide adjustment speed range; no hydraulic oil, no sealing components, avoiding oil leakage and environmental pollution; low energy consumption and low noise . The disadvantage is that it is limited to the screw rod and drive and can only be used for small tonnage bending machines, generally within 60 tons, which is not suitable for large tonnage bending machines. The degree of wear of the mechanical screw also determines the accuracy and life of the machine.
