CNC bending machine operation rules and maintenance


 

The operation of CNC bending machine has a series of strict operating procedures:


1. Strictly abide by the safety operation rules of machine tool workers, and wear labor protection equipment according to the regulations.


2.Before starting, you must carefully check whether the motor, switch, line and grounding are normal and firm, and check the operation parts and buttons of the equipment are stuck in the correct position.


3.Check the coincidence degree and firmness of upper and lower die;Check whether the positioning devices meet the requirements of the processing. 


4.When the upper slide and each positioning axis are not in the state of origin, run the program of returning to the origin.


5.After the equipment is started, it should run for 1-2 minutes, and move the skateboard for 2-3 times in full stroke. If abnormal sound or fault is found, it should stop immediately and remove the fault, and work can only be done after everything is normal.


6.Work should be under the unified command of 1 person, so that the operator and the feed suppression personnel closely cooperate, to ensure that the staff are in a safe position to send out the bending signal.


7.According to the bending sheet thickness, shape and size, adjust the slide stroke and adjust the selection of upper and lower die and bending pressure.Select the size of the die mouth and check the bending force of the workpiece, be sure to check the bending force table on the right side of the machine tool, the bending force is not allowed to be greater than the nominal force.


8.When adjusting the clearance between the upper and lower dies, the slider must stop at the top dead center.The gap must be adjusted from large to small. The initial gap between the upper and lower dies is generally about 1 mm larger than the thickness of the plate. The gap must be greater than the thickness of the plate, so as not to crush the mold due to no gap.


9.When more than two people bend, one person should be designated to step on the brake, and the power should be cut off when leaving the machine.


10.No single side or single point load work.


11.The sheet must be compacted when bending to prevent the sheet from warping and wounding.


12.Do not pile up sundries and measuring tools between the upper and lower molds.


13.The power must be cut off when adjusting the sheet material pressing die, and it should be carried out after stopping operation.


14.Correct selection of bending die, upper and lower die fastening position should be correct, installation of upper and lower die operation to prevent trauma.


15.When changing the opening of the variable lower die, no material is allowed to contact the lower die.


16.Correct selection of bending pressure, partial load when the pressure should be less than 1/2 of the maximum pressure.


17.The maximum bending pressure shall not be less than one third of the length of the table.


18.No one is allowed to stand at the back of the machine when it is working.


19.It is strictly prohibited to press and fold the sheet material at one end alone.


20.If the workpiece or mold is not correct during operation, stop and correct it. It is strictly prohibited to correct it by hand in case of hand injury.


21.It is forbidden to fold super-thick iron plates or quenched steel plates, high-grade alloy steels, square steels and sheets exceeding the performance of sheet bending machine to avoid damaging the machine tool.


22.Frequently check the coincidence degree of upper and lower molds;Is the indication of the pressure gauge in compliance with regulations?


23.Stop the machine immediately, check the reason and notify relevant personnel to troubleshoot the problem in time.


24.Before shutdown, place the block on the lower die under the oil cylinder on both sides and lower the upper slide onto the block.


25.After completion, first exit the control system program, and then cut off the power, clean the work site.

Bending machine maintenance and maintenance

Before machine maintenance or cleaning, the upper die should be aligned with the lower die, and then put down and shut down until the work is completed. If startup or other operations are needed, the mode should be manually selected to ensure safety.Its maintenance content is as follows:


1. Hydraulic oil circuit


A. Check the oil level of the oil tank every week, even after the maintenance of the hydraulic system, and fill the hydraulic oil when the oil level is lower than the oil window;


B. The hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISO HM46;


C. The oil should be changed after the new machine works for 2000 hours, and the oil should be changed after every 4000 ~ 6000 hours. The oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed;


D. The oil temperature of the system shall be between 35℃ and 60℃, and shall not exceed 70℃. If the temperature is too high, it will lead to deterioration and damage of oil and accessories.

2. Filter

A. Each time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or cleaned thoroughly;

B. If the machine tool has related alarm or other abnormal filter such as dirty oil, it should be replaced;

C. The air filter on the oil tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months, and it is better to replace it one year.

3. Hydraulic components

A. Clean hydraulic components (base plate, valve, motor, pump, tubing, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and cleaning agent cannot be used;

B. xinji used after a month, check whether there is any deformation on the tubing bending place, must be changed if there is abnormal, use two months later, should tighten the joint of all parts, for the work should be shut down, when the system pressure hydraulic bending machine including stent, workbench and clamping plate, workbench on the scaffold, workbench consists of base and the clamp, the base through the hinge is connected with the clamping plate, the base is composed of shell, the coil and plate, coil placed inside the shell of the sag, the depression at the top of the cover plate.

When in use, the wire is electrified to the coil, which generates gravity on the pressing plate after electrification, so as to realize the clamping of the thin plate between the pressing plate and the base.Because of the use of electromagnetic force clamping, the pressing plate can be made into a variety of workpiece requirements, and can be processed on the side wall of the workpiece.
